Children’s PHP and IOP

Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)

The Children’s Partial Hospitalization Program provides outpatient services designed to meet the needs of children ages 4 – 12, who are experiencing mental health and/or substance abuse issues that impact their daily functioning.

The program is held 5 days a week, Monday – Friday from 8:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. in our inpatient unit. This structured programming includes group therapy, individual therapy, activity therapy and family therapy. Individuals in this program meet with a psychiatrist, registered nurses, licensed therapists and social workers. Family involvement is recommended and is a critical part of treatment as it can reduce the likelihood of an individual relapsing.

Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)

The Children’s Intensive Outpatient program is typically a 3 day per week program, held Monday – Friday 8:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. This structured program allows for the individual to receive treatment on an outpatient basis while attending school. Programming includes group therapy, individual therapy, activity therapy and family therapy.

Individuals in this program meet with registered nurses, licensed therapists and social workers. Family involvement is critically recommended as part of treatment to reduce the likelihood of an individual relapsing.

Adolescent PHP and IOP

Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)

The Adolescent Partial Hospitalization Program provides outpatient services designed to meet the needs of teens ages 13 – 18 experiencing mental health and/or substance abuse issues that impact their daily functioning.

The program is held 5 days a week, Monday –Friday from 8:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. and allows the patient to live at home. This structured programming includes group therapy, individual therapy, activity therapy and family therapy. Individuals in this program meet with a psychiatrist, registered nurses, licensed therapists and social workers. Family involvement is recommended and is a critical part of treatment as it can assist in reducing the likelihood of an individual relapsing.

Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)

The Adolescent Intensive Outpatient Program is typically a 3 day a week program, Monday – Friday 8:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. This structured program allows for the individual to receive treatment on an outpatient basis while attending school. Programming includes group therapy, individual therapy, activity therapy and family therapy. Individuals in this program meet with registered nurses, licensed therapists and social workers. Family involvement is recommended and is a critical a part of treatment as it can reduce the likelihood of an individual relapsing.

Adult PHP and IOP

Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)

The Adult Partial Hospitalization Program is a structured, outpatient program designed to meet the needs of adults with some impairment in their daily lives, without requiring the intensity of an acute care setting. 5 days or 7 days a week programming is available.

Adults in this program work on psychiatric and substance abuse issues in an environment that promotes personal growth with an emphasis on accountability and personal responsibility. This structured programming includes group therapy, individual therapy, activity therapy and family therapy. Individuals in this program meet with a psychiatrist, registered nurses, licensed therapists and social workers. Family involvement is recommended and can be a critical part of patient rehabilitation, as it can reduce the likelihood of an individual relapsing.

Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)

The Adult Intensive Outpatient Program is a structured outpatient program designed to meet the personal needs of an individual who needs extra support in their daily lives. Adults in this program meet 3 or 5 days a week, Monday – Friday from 8:30 a.m. – 12 p.m.

Adults in this program work on psychiatric problems and chemical dependency issues in an environment that promotes personal growth with an emphasis on accountability and personal responsibility. This structured programming includes group therapy, individual therapy, activity therapy and family therapy. Individuals in this program meet with licensed therapists and social workers. Family involvement in treatment is critically recommended, as it can assist in reducing the likelihood of an individual relapsing.
