Joshua Golden – CEO
Joshua Golden holds a B.S. in Psychology from the University of Georgia and has almost 20 years of experience working in the behavioral health field in Georgia. Upon finishing his undergraduate degree, he worked several years in community mental health as a mental health technician, suicide and crisis line clinician, and assessment specialist conducting crisis assessments in emergency departments and outpatient clinics. In 2004, Joshua made the transition from the community behavioral health setting to the private hospital sector finding great success in business development, product development, and mobile assessment contract management. In 2013, Joshua joined the UHS CEO training program and in March 2015 was named CEO/Managing Director of SCBHS-Crescent Pines Campus and system COO for Southern Crescent Behavioral Health System.
John Kim, Chief Financial Officer
John Kim is the Chief Financial Officer for both campuses of the Southern Crescent Behavioral Health System, including Anchor Hospital. John joined Anchor Hospital in May 2016. Prior to that, he served as the Controller at Dominion Hospital in Falls Church, VA. He has been in healthcare finance for over 22 years, working in acute hospitals, university health systems, and physician services groups. He also interned with the U.S. Senate Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions Committee under Senator Mike Enzi of Wyoming. John received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Virginia and his Master of Business Administration degree from Vanderbilt University.
Delphia Williams, Human Resources Director
Delphia Williams started her career with Crescent Pines as Human Resources Director in December 2014 and has worked in the Behavioral Health field since 1999. She is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps, has worked as a Military Police Officer, and proudly served during Operation Desert Storm. Delphia obtained her BBA in Management from Clayton State University. Delphia has over 20 years of experience working in Human Resources with a large portion of her experience being in the non-profit sector of Behavioral Health. Delphia also holds a “Senior Professional In Human Resources” (SPHR) Management Certification.
Fiona Hall, LPC – Director of Clinical Services
Fiona Hall holds an M.A. in Professional Counseling from Argosy University in Atlanta, Georgia. Fiona has worked 11 years in the behavioral health field. She started her career working with non-profit agencies involved with substance abuse and recovery for adults. Following that experience, Fiona branched out and started working with the children and adolescent population as a mental health counselor. In 2010 she began her career with UHS at Laurel Heights as a unit therapist and was later promoted to Unit Director of multiple units at that facility. Fiona was promoted from within the UHS hospital system and hired as the Director of Clinical Services at Crescent Pines in July of 2017.
Shay Martin-Williams – Utilization Management Director
Shay Martin-Williams received a B.S. in Psychology and Biology from Missouri Western State University and MBA in Healthcare Management from University of Phoenix. She has been with UHS for over 13 years and has worked in Utilization Management for her entire career with UHS, holding positions such as Appeals Manager and Recovery Audit Contract Manager. Shay has been at Crescent Pines since 2011 and was promoted to the position of Utilization Management Director in 2012.
Mary C. Moore – Director of Performance Improvement/Risk Manager
Mary C. Moore received a B.S in Education and Rehabilitation from Auburn University and an M.S. in Counseling and Human Development from Troy University. Mary Worked in Florida for 10 years as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Certified Behavior Analyst. After moving to Georgia in 2000, Mary worked as the Residential Coordinator for the Clayton County CSB overseeing residential services for both individuals diagnosed with mental illness or developmental disabilities. Mary started her career with UHS in 2006 as the Risk Manager and PI Director for Laurel Heights Hospital and relocated to Crescent Pines in 2015.
Chris Hogan – Director of Plant Operations
Christopher Hogan has worked in environmental services for UHS for almost 22 years. Chris got his start as a maintenance tech at Peachford Hospital in 1996. After 5 years of service at Peachford, Chris was offered the Maintenance Supervisor position at Anchor Hospital in 2001. During his time at Anchor hospital, he worked directly with the Director of Plant Operations before being offered the position of Integrated Service Coordinator at Crescent Pines Hospital in 2013. After 3 years of service at the coordinator position, Chris accepted the position of Director of Plant Operations at Crescent Pines Hospital.
Jessica Waters, Director of Business Development
Jessica Waters started her career with Crescent Pines in November 2016. Jessica has worked in the medical field since 2008 and in Business Development and Marketing arena since 2010, working as Marketing Director for a large cardiology practice and later serving as Strategic Marketing Manager for a 331 bed acute hospital in Riverdale, GA. Prior to working in the medical field, Jessica worked in Real Estate Property Management where she started as a Community Manager, eventually working her way to managing a portfolio of communities as an Asset Manager for a Real Estate Investment Company. Jessica has also been a Licensed Practical Nurse since 2010.
Aisha Washington, MS, LCSW, CCM, Director of Assessments and Referral Services (ARS)
Aisha Washington has 20 years of experience in program administration, community mental health, addictions, inpatient psychiatric, private not for profit, public service, acute medical care, and trauma resolution counseling. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Certified Case Manager (CCM). Aisha obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree from Birmingham Southern University, a Master of Science in Human Resource Management (M.S.) from Troy University and a Master of Social Work (M.S.W.) degree from the University of Alabama. Aisha has a Six Sigma Green Belt Certification and is currently pursuing her Doctorate in Social Work (D.S.W.) from the University of Southern California. She is a committee member of the National Association of Social Workers and a member of American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU). Aisha recently received a Certificate of Appreciation from Morris Dees, Founder of the Southern Poverty Law Center for her contribution to the ongoing fight against hatred and intolerance in America. Aisha is an Americorps and Americorps Vista Alumni.
